Job OverviewWe are hiring for our client for an SAP HCM Time Management Expert to handle incidents, provide functional consulting, and implement enhancements in SAP HCM Time Management, with robust exposure to German Time Management and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and resolve incidents raised by users and HR Key Users.
- Provide consulting and solutions for German Time Management requirements.
- Configure and customise SAP HCM Time Management.
- Analyse, modify, and create Time Management Schemas & • Rules

.
- Configure Working Time Models and Work Schedules.
- Manage Attendance, Absence & • Quota configurations and rules.
- Configure and support PTMW and Time Sheet (CAT).
- Perform Infotype enhancements and customizing table modifications.
- Support TM–Payroll Integration, including:
- Premium logic analysis and configuration
- Time Management wage types
- Payroll integration and troubleshooting
- Implement enhancements and bug fixes in complex/legacy SAP HCM environments.





Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Time Management (TM).
- Experience with German Time Management, including German laws & regulations.
- Deep knowledge of SAP HCM Schemas & • Rules

.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Working Time Models & • Work Schedules

- Attendances, Absences & • Quotas

- PTMW / Time Sheet (CAT)
- TM–Payroll Integration
- Premium Logic & • Time Management Wage Types

- Experience in SAP HCM Time Management implementations/configuration under German regulations.
