Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SAP Finance & Accounting consultants who have a strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Close, Reconciliation, and Financial Controlling processes. Selected candidates will initially work on SAP Finance transformation initiatives while undergoing structured training and certification on the BlackLine platform to support Finance Transformation and Financial Close Automation programs globally.

This role is ideal for professionals who possess deep finance process knowledge and wish to expand into the rapidly growing Financial Operations Automation and SaaS Transformation space.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Finance Consulting

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Finance and Accounting processes.
- Configure and support SAP Finance solutions.
- Support Finance Transformation initiatives involving:
- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Financial Closing, Intercompany Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Controlling (CO)
- Participate in workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

Finance Process Excellence

- Drive process improvements across:
- Record-to-Report (R2R), Month-End Close, Financial Reporting, Reconciliation, Internal Controls, Compliance and Audit Readiness

BlackLine Enablement and Delivery

- Participate in BlackLine training and certification programs.
- Learn and support implementation of:
- Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching, Task Management,



Financial Close Management, Compliance Management, Financial Close & Consolidation
- Assist in BlackLine implementation, configuration, testing, and production support projects. These functional areas are explicitly identified within the BlackLine platform materials.

Integration & Transformation Initiatives

- Work with SAP and enterprise application teams on integration requirements.
- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and financial controls initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Shared Services, GCC, and IT teams during transformation programs.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
- MBA Finance, CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications preferred.

Experience

- 5-8 years of SAP Finance consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SAP ECC FI/CO and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Financial Closing Processes
- General Ledger Accounting
- AP/AR
- Asset Accounting
- Costing and Controlling

SAP Skills Experience in one or more:

- SAP FI
- SAP CO
- SAP Central Finance (preferred)
- SAP Group Reporting
- SAP Financial Close
- SAP Shared Services

Domain Knowledge
