Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Associate SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules, with exposure to either support projects or end-to-end implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) module implementation and support activities.
- Handle configuration, customization, and troubleshooting in SAP FICO. • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure smooth communication throughout project lifecycle.
- Support financial processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Controlling.
- Assist in system testing, user training, and documentation.
- Provide timely resolution to tickets/issues in support projects.
- Ensure smooth integration of SAP FICO with other modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO module.
- Hands-on experience in configuration and support.
- Understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Technical Skills
- Experience in handling support tickets (incident, problem, and change management).
- Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred).
- Exposure to data migration, LSMW, or data upload tools.
Experience
Minimum: 2.5 years
Must have experience in at least one support project or one end-to-end implementation project.
