Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance implementations and SAP data migration activities.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of SAP FICO processes, configuration, mapping, data harmonization, reconciliation, and financial data migration from multiple source systems into an SAP S/4HANA Central Finance landscape.

The role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to support end-to-end Central Finance implementation, data migration, integration, reconciliation, testing, and post-go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support SAP S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN) solutions.
- Perform end-to-end SAP FICO configuration across:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Internal Orders
- Profit Center Accounting
- CO-PA
- Work on SAP CFIN architecture, initial load, and real-time replication processes.
- Configure and support:
- AIF Monitoring
- MDG Integration
- Mapping and Value Harmonization
- Key Mapping
- Cost Object Mapping
- Execute financial data migration from SAP ECC and non-SAP source systems to SAP S/4HANA Central Finance.
- Perform master data and transactional data migration using:
- Migration Cockpit
- LSMW
- LTMC / LTMOM




- Conduct data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Analyze source-system financial structures and ensure accurate transformation into the target CFIN environment.
- Support integration testing, reconciliation testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with BASIS, ABAP, SLT, MDG, and business teams to resolve technical and functional issues.
- Prepare functional specifications, mapping documents, migration templates, and test scripts.
- Provide post-go-live support and hypercare.

- Required Qualifications & Experience

- 8–12 years of overall SAP FICO experience.
- Minimum 6+ years of SAP FICO experience.
- Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementation experience.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CFIN data migration, mapping, harmonization, and reconciliation.
- Experience working with multiple source-system landscapes.
- Strong understanding of SAP FICO integration with other SAP components.
- Experience with Migration Cockpit, LSMW, LTMC/LTMOM.
- Good understanding of AIF, MDG, SLT, Key Mapping, and Cost Object Mapping.
- Experience in Agile and SAP Activate methodology is preferred.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is an added advantage.
