We are seeking a highly experienced SAP DataSphere / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in SAP BW/BI, BEx Query Designer, Reporting, ABAP, and Enterprise Data Warehousing . The ideal candidate will drive analytics modernization initiatives by designing and implementing scalable reporting, data modeling, and cloud analytics solutions using SAP DataSphere, SAC, BW/4HANA, and SAP HANA.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support SAP DataSphere data models, analytical datasets, business entities, spaces, fact and dimension models.
- Build enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including stories, analytic applications, KPIs, planning models, and dashboards.
- Design and optimize SAP BW/4HANA and BW data models including ADSOs, Composite Providers, InfoObjects, Transformations, DTPs, Process Chains, and Open ODS Views.
- Develop and maintain complex BEx Queries using variables, structures, calculated/restricted key figures, conditions, and exceptions.
- Lead data warehouse modernization and migration initiatives from SAP BW/BEx reporting to SAP DataSphere and SAC.
- Develop ABAP routines, user exits, customer exits, BADIs, function modules, and custom extractors for BW data acquisition and transformation processes.
- Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources using ODP, SLT, SDA/SDI, APIs, and HANA-based technologies.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting, analytics, and data warehouse solutions.
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis across BW, HANA, DataSphere, and SAC environments.
- Implement security,



authorization concepts, and governance standards across SAP analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
- Provide production support, enhancements, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of SAP BW/BI and Enterprise Data Warehouse experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP DataSphere experience.
- 3+ years of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) development experience.
- Solid expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW 7.x, SAP HANA Modeling, and Data Warehousing concepts.
- Extensive experience with BEx Query Designer, Analysis for Office (AFO), and SAP reporting solutions.
- Strong ABAP development skills including debugging, enhancements, routines, exits, and custom extractor development.
- Experience integrating SAP ECC, S/4HANA, HANA, and non-SAP data sources.
- Proficiency in SQL, HANA SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP DataSphere and SAP Analytics Cloud certifications.
- Experience with BW/4HANA migration projects and SAP Business Data Fabric.
- Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or other cloud data platforms.
- Experience with SAC Planning, Predictive Analytics, and financial reporting solutions.
