Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant with solid expertise in Contract Management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring and supporting customer contracts and service contract processes within SAP CRM.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and manage SAP CRM Contract Management processes.
- Work on customer contracts, service contracts, renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle management.
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
- Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of SAP CRM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM Contract Management.
- Experience in implementation and enhancement projects.
- Knowledge of CRM Service processes.
- Experience with functional specifications and testing.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
