Role Description As a SAP Consultant at PInterview, you will work in a full time, remote capacity, supporting clients and learners in optimizing their SAP environments and strengthening their SAP-related interview readiness. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design SAP solutions that align with organizational goals. Your day-to-day work will include configuring SAP modules, managing master data, overseeing system integration points, and troubleshooting functional issues.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, prepare documentation, and contribute to training materials and mock interview scenarios to help users understand real-world SAP use cases.



The role also involves continuous learning to stay current with SAP best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective SAP solutions.
- Consulting skills to interact with stakeholders, conduct workshops, and provide expert guidance on SAP capabilities and best practices.
- Experience with business process design and optimization within SAP, including mapping, documentation, and improvement initiatives.
- Hands-on experience managing SAP master data, ensuring data quality, governance, and consistency across modules.
- Knowledge of SAP integration, including interfaces, data flows between modules and external systems, and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Practical experience in one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or S/4HANA) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills, ability to explain complex SAP concepts clearly, and comfort working with remote teams and clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Previous experience mentoring, training, or conducting mock interviews in SAP or related domains is a plus.
