Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead with 10+ years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury, and Core Finance. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Liquidity Planning, Cash Pooling, Banking Payment Processes, General Ledger, and end-to-end SAP implementations. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations with a focus on Cash Management and General Finance.

- Design and configure SAP Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, Cash Pooling, and Banking solutions.

- Manage General Ledger, financial close, and core finance processes in SAP S/4HANA.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integrated solutions.

- Lead workshops, mentor consultants, and coordinate cross-functional and global teams.

- Configure bank integrations, payment processes, and electronic bank statements.

- Ensure seamless integration with AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and external systems.

- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and support UAT and go-live activities.

- Drive project delivery, resolve critical issues, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations covering design, build, testing, and go-live.

- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills to take ownership of sub-projects, understand critical issues, manage key meetings, and drive stakeholder alignment.

- Conduct and lead workshops, manage an international team of consultants and subcontractors,



coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of fully integrated solutions.

- Work concurrently on multiple engagements, maintaining prioritization and execution discipline.

- provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to consultants, ensuring the team follows best practices, delivers consistent documentation, and adheres to project delivery methodology.

Key SAP Expertise:

1. Cash Management Liquidity Planning

- Deep understanding of SAP Cash Management, including cash positioning, liquidity items, planning levels, and liquidity forecasting.

- Experience configuring Bank Account Management (BAM), cash operations dashboards, and day-to-day Treasury workflows.

- Ability to design and optimize liquidity structures and support corporate treasury processes.

1. Cash Pooling

- Strong knowledge of cash concentration and cash pooling structures (physical and notional pooling).

- Understanding of multi-bank pooling models and intercompany cash flows.

- Ability to design SAP-supported pooling processes integrated with banks and Treasury systems.

1. Banking Payment Processes

- Expertise in bank integrations, including DMEE, payment formats (ISO20022, SEPA, MT formats), and host-to-host setups.

- Experience with payment approvals, signatory workflows,



bank reconciliation, electronic bank statements, and statement mapping.

- Familiarity with advanced banking scenarios, multi-bank connectivity, and SWIFT.

1. General Ledger Core Finance

- Deep experience in GL configuration, account determination, chart of accounts, document splitting, and parallel ledgers.

- Ability to manage financial close processes, validations/substitutions, and reporting structures.

- Strong understanding of integration with AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

1. General SAP Finance Competencies

- Solid knowledge of SAP integration technologies (APIs, IDocs, EDI, Integration Suite).

- Experience with S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Fiori roles/apps, and new architecture.

- Ability to ensure high-quality functional documentation: FS, TS, test scripts, training materials.
