Position Summary

Level: L45 - Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

SAP Enterprise HANA / SAP S/4 HANA Analytics Senior Consultant

As an experienced Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do

As Enterprise Senior Consultant you will be expected to work with the team to develop optimized BI reporting and applications for clients across different process areas. Being a CMMI certified organization there is a major focus on the quality of the deliverables.

Primary job functions include and not limited to:

- Develop high quality work products with documentation
- Perform Functional specification reviews
- Interacting with functional teams for issue resolution
- Preparation of technical specification
- Translating technical specification to Enterprise HANA models/ABAP CDS Virtual Data Model and reports
- HANA or CDS VDM’s Model corrections as part of various phases of the project lifecycle
- Independently able to develop objects based on medium to complex requirements
- Technical unit testing
- Ensure high quality deliverables through peer review of technical specifications and models/reports
- Adhere to development standards and best practices
- Complete the deliverables within estimated timelines
- Continuously work on enhancing technical skills on advanced Analytical and data warehousing tools
- Using project management tools – as trained

Our SAP delivery capabilities are accessed at CMMI level 5 and SAS 70 certification.

SAP offerings include – SAP ECC, CRM, SRM, ICH, Portal, Netweaver, BO, SAP Development and BASIS & Infrastructure and covers all functional areas and industry verticals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s Degree is required

Must have Skills

- 6 to 10 years of experience working on Business Intelligence Reporting Implementations
- Must have worked on at least 1 end to end implementation project on SAP BW on HANA or SAP BW4HANA
- Good Understanding of software lifecycle concepts
- Well versed with LSA++ Architecture
- Worked on BW data modelling using BW Modelling Tool on Eclipse.
- Has experience in developing BW Data models using new BW objects like Open ODS View, Advanced DSO, Composite Provider
- Has experience on working on BW and HANA hybrid scenarios
- Comfortable with ABAP coding and independently handle ABAP coding for BW enhancements and Transformation
- Good Knowledge of AMDP in BW transformation (added advantage)
- Has worked on installation and enhancement of standard SAP Business content
- Has worked on installation and enhancement for Standard extractors and creation of custom extractors.
- Good knowledge of BW Security and Analysis Authorization
- Strong knowledge of BW queries and its components
- Good knowledge on Data Tiering
- Knowledge of BO tools and its integration with BW data models
- Worked on Performance Optimization of BW data models
- Have participated in Transports and cutover activities
- Worked on creation of Process Chain




- Good knowledge of HANA Information Models for Hybrid Scenarios
- Basic Functional understanding of SAP ERP tables (added advantage)

- Required: Bachelors or Master’s Degree is required
