We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator with 59 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration, SAP HANA Database Administration, NetWeaver, system migrations, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in managing SAP landscapes, performing upgrades, migrations, installations, and system performance optimization while ensuring high availability and security of SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Basis Administration

- Administer, monitor, and support SAP landscapes including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, and NetWeaver systems.
- Perform SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, kernel upgrades, and support pack implementations.
- Execute client copies, system refreshes, transport management, and landscape maintenance activities.
- Monitor system health, performance, availability, and proactively resolve issues.

SAP HANA Database Administration
- Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot SAP HANA databases.
- Perform HANA backups, recovery, system replication, and performance tuning.
- Monitor database growth and optimize database performance.
- Manage HANA Studio, HANA Cockpit, and database security administration.

SAP NetWeaver Administration
- Manage SAP NetWeaver Application Servers and Java Stack environments.
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Support interface connectivity and integration requirements.

SAP Migration & Upgrade Activities
- Participate in SAP system migration projects including:
- SAP ECC to S/4HANA Migration
- Database Migration (AnyDB to HANA)
- Homogeneous and Heterogeneous System Copy

- OS/DB Migration
- Execute Software Update Manager (SUM), DMO, and migration activities.




- Support SAP upgrade and transformation initiatives.

Cloud & Infrastructure Support (Preferred)
- Support SAP workloads hosted on cloud platforms like:

- Microsoft Azure

- AWS

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Manage SAP system provisioning, cloud migrations, and infrastructure optimization.
- Experience with SAP RISE, SAP Cloud ALM, or cloud-native SAP deployments is an advantage.

Incident & Change Management
- Investigate and resolve SAP Basis incidents and service requests.
- Coordinate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams.
- Participate in change management and release deployment activities.
- Prepare operational and technical documentation.
