Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for All SAP/IT related software installation, upgradation & other changes as required.
2. Resolve to all query related SAP received from concern department on daily basis.
3. Provide training to recent users on SAP functionality and regular user if any changes done in module.
4. Manage all the sap modules and update them on time as required.
5. Maintain Database back and restore master data.
6. Devloping & Designing crystal report with creating query on query generator.
7. Supervising and maintaining MS SQL Backups and SQL Servers.
8. Coordinate with in house team and external team for any new system implementation in SAP.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Proficiency in Computer software like SAP, MS Excel, Word, Email sending etc.
2. Ability to Install & modify configuration of software applications and web services.
3. Master in SAP Business One Module and designing print Layout, crystal reports & SQL queries.
4. Master in Item Master, Business Partner, Lead Generations, CRM,
5. Knowledge of Windows 2003, XP, Windows 7, 8, 10, SQL Server 2008, 2014, 2016.Knowledge of SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2014, 2016 with SQL Backup & restore.
