About the Company

Client is looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with a strong HR (HCM) background for an immediate C2C requirement based at the client location in Bhopal.

About the Role The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development along with good functional/technical exposure to SAP HR/HCM processes. The candidate will be responsible for development, customization, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support activities.

Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs based on business requirements.
- Work on ABAP development and customization within the SAP HR/HCM environment.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and other ABAP objects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing SAP applications.
- Support integration and data exchange requirements involving SAP HCM.
- Perform debugging, code analysis, performance optimization, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Maintain technical documentation for developments and enhancements.
- Ensure development follows SAP coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP experience.

Required Skills





- Strong experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Good working experience/background in SAP HR/HCM.
- Strong understanding of ABAP development and debugging.
- Experience in developing and maintaining SAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work onsite from the client location in Bhopal.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on SAP HCM-related development projects.
- Exposure to SAP HCM integration requirements.
- Experience with performance optimization and debugging.
- Experience in production support and maintenance.
- Good understanding of SAP development lifecycle.

Pay range and compensation package

Engagement Model: C2C

Location: Bhopal – Client Location

Duration: Initially 6 months

Extension: Expected to extend up to 1 year based on project requirements
