Job Purpose To develop, configure, customize, enhance, and support SAP FICO and MM modules in alignment with the organization’s business and financial processes. The role will ensure efficient finance, procurement, inventory, vendor management, system integration, data accuracy, and continuous improvement of SAP processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities1. SAP FICO Configuration & Support

- Configure and customize SAP FICO functionalities, including:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Banking
- Asset Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting

- Develop and implement SAP FICO enhancements based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to postings, master data, mapping, and integrations.
- Ensure timely closure of SAP support tickets.

1. SAP MM Configuration & Support

- Configure and support SAP MM functionalities, including:
- Purchase Requisition (PR)
- Purchase Orders (PO)
- Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)
- Material Master
- Vendor Master
- Inventory Management

- Develop enhancements, workflows, and system solutions based on business requirements.
- Ensure seamless functioning of the PR–PO–GRN–Invoice process.
- Monitor and resolve procurement and inventory-related system issues.

1. SAP Integration & Business Process Support

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO, MM, SD, HCM, and other relevant modules.
- Support business processes covering:




- Sales and billing
- Procurement and payments
- Funding and loan postings
- Inventory management
- Reconciliations
- Accounts Payable

- Coordinate with Finance, Purchase, Projects, Sales, CRM, Land, and Admin teams to understand business requirements and improve SAP processes.

1. Business Requirement & Solution Development

- Gather and analyze business requirements from functional teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and implement SAP solutions, configurations, enhancements, and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvement.

1. Master Data Management

- Maintain and ensure accuracy of:
- Vendor Master
- Customer Master
- GL Master
- Cost Center Master
- Material Master
- Vendor Codes
- Material Codes
- Measurement Units
- Item Descriptions

- Ensure proper data governance, standardization, and controls.
- Support bulk data uploads, corrections, and validations.

1. Testing, Implementation & System Enhancements

- Prepare test scenarios and conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.
- Support SAP upgrades, patches, current releases, and enhancement projects.




- Coordinate Go-Live activities and provide post-implementation support.
- Update system configurations based on changes in business processes.

1. Documentation & User Training

- Prepare and maintain SAP configuration documents, SOPs, process maps, and user manuals.
- Conduct training sessions for finance, procurement, and other business users.
- Provide functional guidance and support to end users.

1. External Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with SAP consultants, implementation partners, and external developers.
- Support SAP implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

1. Reporting & Audit Support

- Support finance and audit teams with SAP data extraction and financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of system-generated financial and operational reports.
- Support reconciliation and audit requirements through accurate SAP data.
