? Hiring: Sanctions Screening Analyst

? Location: Bangalore – EGL

? Work Mode: Work from Office, 5 days a week

? Experience: 2–10 Years

⏰ Shifts: Rotational – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Screen individuals and entities against global sanctions lists issued by OFAC, EU, UN , and other international/government agencies.
- Review individuals and business entities flagged under high-risk scenarios.
- Identify potential sanctions screening matches and review them to determine false positives.
- Conduct detailed research and investigations to confirm whether potential matches are true matches.
- Release or escalate potential matches as per defined guidelines and procedures.
- Analyze alerts to identify close/exact matches based on name, country, address,



and other relevant information .
- Review false-positive matches and recommend additions to exception/internal lists.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of investigations and decisions.

? Candidate Profile:
- 2–10 years of experience in Sanctions Screening / AML / KYC / Financial Crime Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with sanctions screening and alert investigation .
- Valuable understanding of OFAC, EU, UN sanctions lists .
- Candidates must be comfortable working 5 days from office and in rotational shifts.
