Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce (SFDC) Testing Engineer to validate Salesforce CRM applications and integrations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Salesforce testing, including functional, regression, integration, and automation testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and Salesforce application designs.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform Functional, Regression, System, Integration, UAT, and End-to-End testing.
- Validate Salesforce standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex functionalities.
- Test Salesforce Lightning and Classic applications.
- Validate Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and APIs.
- Perform data migration and data validation testing.
- Execute automation testing using Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or similar tools.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Administrators, and Product Owners.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Ensure overall quality and compliance of Salesforce solutions.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Administration knowledge.
- Salesforce Certification (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
- Experience with Copado, Gearset, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DX (SFDX).
- Experience with MuleSoft integrations.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience in Data Migration testing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Salesforce Testing and Quality Assurance.
