:

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Devops/Deployment.
- Hands-on expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools like Jenkins, Git, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or Copado.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata API, change sets, and SFDX (Salesforce DX).
- Experience with version control systems like Git/BitBucket and branching strategies (e.g., GitFlow) • Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, REST APIs, and middleware tools.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Apex Test Classes, Selenium, or Provar.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for deployment and release-related issues.
- Responsible for implementing scalable solutions including continuous delivery, optimization, monitoring, release management and support the end to end release process.
- Setup, maintain and troubleshoot of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce apps.
- Hands-on in creation of SFDX project in Azure repos, Creating automated release in ADO for deployment in various orgs at once, maintain/back-syncing all the lower branches with the latest code base.
- Good understanding on Salesforce Metadata API, Package deployment(Managed/Unmanaged and Locked/Unlocked) • Implement GIT Branching strategy using VS code integrated with the Salesforce CLI tool.
- Setting up, monitoring and improving DevOps processes: CI/CD, test automation,



monitoring, Running data deployments (sandbox seeding) to test features, Running final releases to production and rolling back or restoring if anything goes wrong • Responsible for Setting provisioning, sandbox management, data management • Identify opportunities to automate recurring activities and identifying long-term options in Azure Devops • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities Key Skills and Responsibilities:

- Take ownership and continuous improvement of the release process by documenting release issues and developing plans to improve process or automation • Ensure all Salesforce updates made seamlessly move from development through staging to production and perform sync down process (back-merge process) • Maintain solutions for operational administration in Salesforce, Metadata/Data backup & Recovery , Security/ Performance Monitoring.
- Expertise in Salesforce administration, including custom objects, sharing settings, profiles, role hierarchies, Salesforce Shield, and GDPR compliance for secure system management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools for decision-making.
- Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks for system development.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced certifications like Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder are preferred.
