About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce automation, integrations and deployment, with a good understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL and SOSL.
- Build scalable and reusable Lightning Web Components and Apex services.
- Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex and Scheduled Apex as required.
- Configure and develop Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes and other automation.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with Salesforce objects, data models, relationships, security model and sharing rules.
- Perform data migration, data cleansing and bulk data operations using appropriate Salesforce tools.
- Implement Salesforce solutions following governor limits, coding standards and security best practices.
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, unit testing and troubleshooting.
- Develop test classes and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Work with Salesforce environments, change sets and/or SFDX/DevOps-based deployment processes.
- Analyze production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.




- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Salesforce Architects, QA teams and business stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations.

Required Technical SkillsMust Have:

- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with Apex.
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Excellent knowledge of SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Apex Triggers and asynchronous Apex.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and relationships.

- Experience with Salesforce Flow and automation.
- Experience developing REST/SOAP integrations.
- Good understanding of Salesforce governor limits.
- Experience writing Apex test classes.
- Experience with deployment and release management.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
- Experience with Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of OmniStudio.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and middleware.
- Experience with Git, SFDX and CI/CD.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Knowledge of DevOps Center or Salesforce DX.
- Experience with data migration using Data Loader / Data Import Wizard.
