Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flows, integrations, and Salesforce platform development.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and other asynchronous processes.
- Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Write optimized SOQL and SOSL queries and work with Salesforce data models.
- Configure and develop Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and other platform configurations.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Work with deployment tools and version control systems such as Git.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Architects,



QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide support for production issues.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and platform architecture.
- Experience with Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, and asynchronous processing.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce Flows and automation.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment processes and Git/version control.
- Good understanding of data migration and tools such as Data Loader.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
- Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
