? Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

? Job Type: Internship

? Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with Salesforce Data Cloud configuration and implementation
- Support data ingestion and data integration from multiple sources
- Work with Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), and Data Model Objects (DMOs)
- Assist with data mapping, transformation, and data modeling
- Support identity resolution and unified customer profiles
- Assist in creating segments and audiences for targeted campaigns
- Support Calculated Insights and customer data analysis
- Assist with Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) integration
- Perform basic data validation and troubleshooting
- Assist with project documentation and reporting

? Required Data Cloud Skills:

- Basic understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360
- Knowledge of Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs & Data Model




- Understanding of Identity Resolution & Unified Profiles
- Basic knowledge of Segmentation & Activation
- Understanding of Calculated Insights
- Basic knowledge of SQL & data querying
- Understanding of data ingestion and transformation
- Basic knowledge of APIs & JSON is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM / SFMC is a plus
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the Salesforce Data Cloud ecosystem
