About the Role:

As a SFDC Test Lead with BA background experience, you will work in an Agile environment with Jira. You will design and write test cases [ writing automation scripts is added advantage ] efficiently and effectively to drive end-to-end, API and UI testing, and ensure robust test coverage. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to translate requirements into test plans and measurable quality targets, ensuring that our testing standards are consistently upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, debug and execute automated test scripts using the Robot Framework (Python). - Added advantage
- Adopt AI Usage wherever necessary to optimize the QA efforts.
- Good Salesforce application knowledge [ Sales cloud, Service Cloud ] - Added advantage Marketing cloud.
- Perform API Testing and functional testing on salesforce systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design test plans, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the existing test automation framework.Added advantage
- Ensure that testing activities align with project schedules and deadlines.

Required Skill Sets and Experience:

- Python and Java with Robot Framework:



More than 5+ years experience and strong proficiency in Python and/or Java programming and proven hands-on experience with the Robot Framework for test automation.- Added advantage
- RestAssured/Postman/Bruno API Testing: Hands-on experience with RestAssured/Postman for API testing, including creating and executing test cases for API services.
- Integration Projects (Good to have): Experience working on projects with multiple integrations, demonstrating the ability to handle complex testing scenarios involving various systems and interfaces.
- Test Automation: Proven experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts.Added advantage
- GUI Based Test Automation: Good understanding of GUI based test automation using tools such as selenium and mobile automation using Appium. Added advantage
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a solid focus on quality.
- Hands-on Tools: Expertise in Atlassian tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence or ALM toolsAdded advantage
- Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.Added advantage

Other Skill Sets:

- Agile & Testing Methodologies: Understanding and ability to work on agile project and understanding of testing methodologies. Participate in daily SCRUM calls and provide task updates
