Salesforce & AI Integration Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant/Developer with hands-on experience in AI integration to support a Salesforce implementation project for our client.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Salesforce platform, experience with Salesforce implementations/integrations, and practical exposure to integrating AI capabilities and AI-powered solutions within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the client and project team to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

Participate in the design, configuration, customization, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Develop and integrate Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and APIs as required.

Integrate Salesforce with external applications, systems, and third-party platforms.

Design and implement AI capabilities within Salesforce based on business requirements.

Work with Salesforce Einstein / Agentforce and other Salesforce AI capabilities, including AI-powered automation, assistants/agents, recommendations, and data-driven solutions.

Integrate external AI/LLM solutions with Salesforce where required.

Work with Salesforce APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks to enable AI and system integrations.

Ensure data security, access controls, scalability, and performance across Salesforce and AI integrations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers,



and other technical teams throughout the implementation.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide recommendations for improving Salesforce and AI solutions.

Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.

Strong experience with Salesforce implementation and customization.

Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.

Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.

Hands-on experience integrating AI/Generative AI capabilities with Salesforce.

Experience with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or Salesforce AI features is highly preferred.

Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI agents, and AI APIs.

Experience integrating Salesforce with external AI platforms/APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar technologies is a plus.

Good understanding of Salesforce security, data model, permissions, and integration architecture.

Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, or AI-related Salesforce certifications.

Experience working on end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.

Experience in designing AI-powered business workflows or automation.

Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as MuleSoft is a plus.

Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.
