We are looking for an experienced RSA Trainer to deliver impactful training programs for retail store staff and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom & on-the-job training

Train teams on retail operations, customer service, sales, billing & inventory management

Deliver induction & refresher training programs

Assess trainee performance and provide coaching

Ensure compliance with SOPs & quality standards

Support business goals through effective learning initiatives

Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline) or Diploma in Retail Management

2+ years' experience in retail store operations

2+ years' experience in retail/relevant training

Robust communication, presentation & interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

Retail operations & customer service knowledge

Coaching & mentoring skills
