Team Leader – BPO

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Team Leader to join our BPO operations team in Kharadi, Pune.

The Team Leader will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Customer Service Executives to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to manage team performance in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Customer Service Executives.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, attendance, and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-one coaching sessions, and team huddles.
- Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective actions where required.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Identify training and development needs and support employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, client expectations, SOPs, and process guidelines.




- Support the team in achieving productivity, quality, and service-level targets.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented work environment.

Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in the BPO industry.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Quality Analyst will be preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Voice or Non-Voice BPO processes.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Knowledge of Quality Management processes.
- Exposure to client-facing operations.
- Experience in performance monitoring and reporting.
- Strong team-handling and people-management skills.
- Ability to handle customer and operational escalations.
