Role: Sales Team Leader

Industry: EdTech / Education

Experience: 2–4 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 + Attractive Incentives

Qualification: Any Degree

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Set daily and weekly sales goals and monitor performance
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue
- Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews
- Support team members in handling customer objections and closing admissions
- Prepare sales reports and track individual/team performance
- Ensure proper CRM and lead management
- Work closely with Branch Manager and management to achieve business goals

REQUIREMENTS




- 2–4 years of sales experience
- Team handling/Team Leader experience preferred
- EdTech sales experience is an added advantage
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Ability to manage a high-performance sales team
