Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Support & Coordination Executive to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Accounts, Logistics, and Customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication, follow-up, documentation, and basic MS Office skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams for smooth order processing.
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and customer records.
- Track order dispatch, shipment, and delivery status.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely follow-ups.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, records, and documentation.
- Update and manage customer portal data regularly.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers and relevant departments.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive documentation and record-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with good communication and basic computer skills are welcome.
