Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and qualify leads, conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closure. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business requirements, recommending suitable IT solutions, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, participating in training sessions to stay updated on products and market trends, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.

The Sales

Specialist will also support customer service efforts by addressing basic client queries and coordinating with support teams when needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess ability to demonstrations and guide clients on solution usage.
- Relevant experience in IT solutions or technology services sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
