Axma Prive Club is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to join our team. If you have a strong background in real estate sales and thrive in a target-driven workplace, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience Required

5–7+ years of proven experience in real estate sales (residential, commercial, or luxury property preferred).

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads through field visits, networking, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Present and promote property/service offerings to potential buyers
- Achieve a minimum of 5 confirmed sales per month
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional services to boost performance-based earnings
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales in CRM
- Represent the brand professionally at site visits, client meetings, and events




- Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity

Requirements

- 5–7+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a field/direct sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
- Existing network/database in the real estate sector is a plus

Compensation Structure

- Base salary released upon achieving a minimum of 5 sales per month
- Performance-based incentives: additional services/sales beyond the minimum target result in higher earnings
- starting salary 50k per month
