Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
IMP -Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and design-focused role, preferably within the home interiors, modular kitchen, or luxury lifestyle segment.
Leadership: Robust leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
