Sales & Service Engineer A hands-on, full-time, on-site position based in Mira Bhayandar. The Sales & Service Engineer will install, commission, and demonstrate temperature control equipment at customer sites, provide technical guidance on product selection and applications, diagnose and repair equipment, and deliver timely technical support to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The role supports sales through product demonstrations and maintains strong, skilled client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Field Service and Installation: Perform on-site installation, commissioning, calibration, and demonstration of temperature controllers, sensors, and related systems.

· Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for electro-mechanical and instrumentation equipment.

· Maintenance and Repair: Carry out preventive maintenance, repairs, and component replacements to restore equipment to specification.

· Customer Training and Handover: Train customers and end-users on operation, safety, and basic troubleshooting; prepare clear handover documentation.

· Sales Support: Assist the sales team with product presentations, application recommendations, and technical proposals to help close opportunities.

· Reporting and Coordination: Prepare concise service reports, update CRM or service logs, and coordinate with engineering, spare-parts, and sales teams for follow-ups.





· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships; respond promptly to service requests and escalate when necessary.

· Compliance and Safety: Follow safety standards, quality practices, and site-specific procedures during all field activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

· Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.

· Field Experience: Proven hands-on field service experience with on-site installation, commissioning, and customer training for instrumentation or temperature control systems.

· Technical Competence: Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for temperature controllers, sensors, PID loops, and associated control hardware.

· Maintenance Skills: Solid maintenance and repair abilities for electro-mechanical and instrumentation equipment.

· Documentation: Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, wiring diagrams, and specifications.

· Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication for customer interactions and report preparation.

· Customer Focus: Strong customer service mindset with a problem-solving orientation.

· Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel regularly for field assignments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
