Role Description The Sales Service Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting customers throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle for KIYA precision grinding machines.

- Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support to prospective and existing customers, explaining product features and capabilities, and assisting in selecting suitable machines for specific applications.
- The role involves coordinating remote diagnostics, troubleshooting performance issues, and guiding customers through maintenance and repair procedures.
- The Sales Service Engineer will also prepare basic technical documentation, maintain service records,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and a high level of service satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve technical issues with precision machinery.
- Experience in field service and remote customer support, preferably within industrial equipment or manufacturing environments.
- Clear and skilled communication skills for explaining technical concepts and coordinating with customers and internal teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of maintenance & repair practices and technical support processes for mechanical or electro-mechanical systems.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple customer requests, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with grinding machines or similar industrial machinery is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM or service management tools and standard office software.
