Sales Executive — Front Desk & Inside Sales

We run a serviced office and coworking centre in Gurugram and are hiring a confident closer to sit at our reception and convert warm leads into signed rentals. This is a sales role first, front-desk second.

What you'll do

- Work warm leads from our website, portals, referrals and campaigns — call promptly, qualify, and drive them to a visit
- Make daily outbound tele-calls to follow up and re-engage prospects
- Give centre tours, match the right product (cabin/desk/virtual office) to the need, quote, negotiate and close
- Collect signed agreements, KYC, deposit and advance




- Greet walk-ins and visitors at reception and capture every enquiry as a lead
- Keep the CRM updated and report on calls, tours and closures

You are

- 3–5 years in coworking, serviced-office, real estate or B2B inside sales, with a target-hitting track record
- Fluent in Hindi and English, strong on the phone
- A persuasive, persistent closer comfortable asking for the booking
- Well-presented, organised, and CRM-comfortable
- Based in/around Gurugram, able to work 6 days a week on-site

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
