Guide to Heights International is looking for energetic and ambitious fresh graduates to join our International Education team as Graduate Sales Trainees.

You don’t need previous sales or study-abroad experience. We will train you.

We are looking for people who are confident on the phone, quick learners and genuinely interested in sales, communication and earning through performance.

You will be trained to:

- Speak with prospective students and understand their study-abroad plans
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
- Learn qualified sales, follow-up and conversion techniques
- Build confidence in communicating and convincing potential customers
- Learn about international education and overseas admissions
- Work with CRM systems, lead-management software and other digital tools
- Follow up with leads and gradually learn how to convert enquiries into admissions
- Work alongside experienced professionals in the international education industry

Who We’re Looking For We would particularly like to hear from candidates who:
- Are recent graduates/postgraduates; Master’s degree holders are welcome
- Have excellent spoken Malayalam
- Can communicate confidently in English




- Love speaking and interacting with people
- Have a confident and persuasive communication style
- Are energetic, ambitious and comfortable working towards targets
- Are comfortable using computers and willing to learn CRM/software tools
- Want to build a serious career in sales and international education
- Are motivated by performance incentives and earning potential
- Are willing to learn, take feedback and improve quickly

What You’ll Get This is a paid opportunity, with additional performance-based sales incentives.

Strong performers will have opportunities to grow into permanent Sales, Admissions, Business Development and International Education roles within Guide to Heights.

Freshers are welcome — attitude, communication skills, confidence and willingness to learn matter more to us than previous experience.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
