Job Overview

Full Power Media Private Limited is looking for a motivated, confident, and presentable Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a professional personality, and the ability to understand client requirements and present suitable services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain company services clearly to potential clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper communication.
- Handle client questions and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM or MS Office tools.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and client referrals.

Skills & Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development,



or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sharp, presentable, and skilled appearance.
- Pleasant and confident personality with strong client-facing presence.
- Strong conversation and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients and build rapport.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good follow-up and lead management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and present solutions effectively.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
- Comfortable using MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Preferred

- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates with experience in digital marketing, media, advertising, or related services will be preferred.
