We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base, building lasting business relationships, and driving revenue across our logistics and freight forwarding services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B client opportunities for freight forwarding and door-to-door logistics services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Consult with potential clients to understand their supply chain needs and propose tailored logistics solutions.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through active networking and targeted outreach.
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service execution and high client retention.

Essential Skills Required:

B2B Solution Selling: Proven ability to consult with business clients, understand complex logistics needs, and close deals.

Pipeline Management:

Solid organization in managing leads, follow-ups, and CRM tracking.

Effective Communication & Negotiation:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation capabilities.

Market & Trade Awareness:

Solid understanding of freight forwarding concepts, trade routes, and international supply chain dynamics.

Self-Motivation & Drive:

High proactive initiative with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience: 2+ years of sales experience within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
