Sales & Marketing Executive – Real Estate & Construction

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Residential Construction, or Property Sales, Interior and Architect Design.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, handling enquiries, following up with customers, arranging site visits, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for residential houses, construction projects, and real estate properties.
- Handle leads received through IndiaMART, Google, social media, property portals, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Make regular calls and follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and project preferences.
- Arrange and coordinate property/project site visits.
- Convert enquiries and site visits into confirmed orders/projects.
- Develop relationships with property owners, architects, brokers, investors, and channel partners.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the estimation/design/project team.
- Maintain daily records of leads, calls, follow-ups,



site visits, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Identify new marketing channels and business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales & marketing.
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Residential Projects/ Interior and Architect design preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate/construction market.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.

Salary & Incentives ₹10,000 – ₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives

Salary will depend on experience, existing client network, and sales performance.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who already have experience or contacts with property buyers, architects, builders, contractors, developers, investors, and residential customers will be preferred.
