About American Ratings India Private Limited (ABNID)

American Ratings India Private Limited is the company behind A-I-R-S™ — the American Industry Rating Standard, a B2B credentialing framework built to give Indian businesses a recognized,

Internationally-benchmarked mark of credibility. We work at the intersection of corporate certification, vendor risk management, and international business trust-building — helping Indian companies present themselves with a standardized credibility signal when dealing with global partners, financial institutions, procurement panels, and enterprise clients.

We are currently scaling our certification distribution network and are hiring Sales Partners to lead this expansion across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi NCR.

About A-I-R-S™ — The Product You'll Be Representing The Business A-I-R-S™ Certification is our flagship product. It is not a single certificate — it is a bundled, dual-level credentialing package that certifies both a company and its leadership in one transaction:

1. 1 Business A-I-R-S™ Certification — the company-level credential, recognizing the organization itself against the American Industry Rating Standard.
2. 2 Individual Director Certifications — personal-level credentials issued to two directors of the certified company, extending the credibility mark to its leadership.

This structure means a single purchase delivers credibility at both the organizational and individual leadership level — a combination most comparable certification products in the market do not offer together. The Lead Magnet Portal — How Certification Allocation Works

All A-I-R-S™ certifications are allocated through our proprietary Lead Magnet Portal, a points-based system that governs how companies (directly, or through Sales Partners like you) acquire and redeem certifications.

How it works, step by step:

1. Points are the unit of currency on the portal. Rather than paying a flat fee per certificate, buyers acquire "Points" through the Lead Magnet Portal.
2. 5 Points = 1 full Business A-I-R-S™ Certification bundle. This single redemption unlocks the complete package: 1 Business Certification + 2 Individual Director Certifications.
3. Points can be purchased in bulk, which is where the Sales Partner - Retail channel comes in — you help corporates acquire Points in volume, at a structured commercial rate, rather than one certificate at a time.
4. Once Points are allocated to a company account, that company (with your guidance) redeems them on the portal to trigger certificate issuance and the underlying verification/audit process.

Understanding this portal-based, points-driven model — and being able to explain it clearly to a Procurement or Risk team evaluating vendor credentials — is central to succeeding in this role. Pricing You Will Be Working With

Original List Price

- 4,500 per Point
- A full 5-Point bundle (1 Business Certification + 2 Director Certifications) therefore costs 22,500 at list price.

The Freedom Offer — August 2026 (Limited Period) To open the door for corporates evaluating A-I-R-S™ for the first time, we are running a time-boxed, capped pricing initiative called the Freedom Offer:

- Price: 2,000 per Point (a substantial reduction from the 4,500 list price)
- Available exclusively through the Sales Partner - Retail channel
- Minimum transaction size: 100 Points (2,00,000 per transaction), yielding 20 full certification bundles — 20 Business Certifications + 40 Individual Director Certifications — per deal
- Total availability: capped at 10,000 Points for the duration of the offer — once sold, the Freedom Offer pricing closes

This is a genuine scarcity-driven opportunity, both for the corporates you approach and for you as a Sales Partner — a capped inventory window creates urgency that is easy to communicate honestly to your prospects. Why This Role Speaks to You, Whatever Your Background

A•I•R•S™ isn't a single-purpose product — it means something different, and useful, depending on which function you sit in. This section breaks down the pitch by discipline, so you can walk into a conversation with a Brand/Marketing lead, a Branding-for-acquisition contact, a Vendor Management head, a Risk officer, or an Auditor and speak directly to what they care about, not a generic sales script.

For Brand Loyalty & Marketing Professionals

If your background is in brand, marketing, or customer retention, think of A-I-R-S™ as a trust asset, not a compliance sticker. A recognized, visible certification mark is one of the most efficient ways a company can signal reliability at scale — displayed on a website, in proposals, on invoices, in pitch decks — doing continuous, passive trust-building work instead of a one-time pitch. Because the certification operates on renewal cycles rather than being a one-time stamp, it mirrors a loyalty-membership relationship: the certified company keeps re-engaging to maintain active status, and each renewal is a fresh touchpoint.

And because the bundle includes 2 Individual Director Certifications alongside the Business Certification, the credibility signal attaches to named leadership too — customers build loyalty to people, not just logos. For a marketing-minded buyer, the real hook is that A•I•R•S™ becomes a concrete asset they can fold into their own client-retention and preferred-partner programs — not just something they hold, but something they can build loyalty campaigns around.

For Branding Professionals — the New Customer Acquisition Angle

If your background is Branding specifically, the pitch you'll be making is different from retention — it's about acquisition. A recognized third-party certification acts as instant social proof for prospects who've never worked with the certified company before: in a pitch deck, an RFP response, or a cold outreach email, the A-I-R-S™ mark gives a new prospect a reason to trust the company before a relationship exists, which is exactly the friction branding teams spend budget trying to remove. It's the same mechanism as a well-known quality mark or safety rating — it shortcuts the "can I trust this vendor" question for someone meeting the brand for the first time, which shortens acquisition cycles and improves conversion on cold or lukewarm leads.

Framed this way, A-I-R-S™ isn't just a loyalty tool for existing customers — it's a competitive differentiator in every new-business pitch, letting a certified company stand out against uncertified competitors in the same RFP or tender. That's the version of the pitch to lead with when you're talking to someone whose mandate is winning new logos, not just retaining existing ones.

For Vendor Management Professionals

If your background is Vendor Management, you already know the pain of repeat vendor evaluation — re-vetting the same vendors at every renewal or purchase order cycle. A standing, recognized certification like A-I-R-S™ shortens or removes that re-evaluation step: a certified vendor becomes the "already vetted" option, which is exactly the outcome a Vendor Management function is built to create. On the flip side, when you're the one holding the certification (or advising your network to get it), it functions as a fast-track credential for empanelment — a documented, third-party-validated qualification you can point to instead of resubmitting the same due-diligence paperwork every cycle.

This is a genuinely practical pitch to other Vendor Management professionals: it reduces their workload as much as it builds credibility for the certified company.

For Risk Professionals

If your background is in Risk — third-party risk, enterprise risk, or vendor risk specifically — position A-I-R-S™ as an external validation layer that supports, rather than replaces, your own risk framework. A recognized certification gives a Risk function independent, documented evidence to fold into vendor risk scoring, reducing the diligence burden on every individual assessment. Because certification isn't permanent — it runs on renewal cycles — it also functions as an ongoing monitoring signal rather than a one-time check, which is the same logic Risk teams already apply to continuous vendor monitoring.

When you're speaking to a Risk contact, the pitch isn't "buy a certificate," it's "this gives you a recurring, third-party data point you can build into your existing risk process."

For Audit Professionals

If your background is Internal or External Audit, the relevant angle is auditability itself. A-I-R-S™ certification creates a documented, time-stamped, third-party-issued record that a company (and its named directors) met a defined standard at a specific point in time — exactly the kind of externally-verifiable evidence that reduces friction in statutory audits, compliance reviews, or board-level reporting. Because renewal is required to maintain active status, it also creates a natural audit trail over time, rather than a single static claim that goes stale. For an Audit-background contact, the credibility of the pitch comes from precision: it's not a marketing badge, it's a verifiable record they can reference and defend.

The Common Thread

Across all four lenses, the same structural facts do different work: the dual-level certification (company + 2 directors) personalizes trust for Marketing and gives Branding a differentiator in new-business pitches, fast-tracks empanelment for Vendor Management, feeds risk scoring for Risk, and creates an audit trail for Audit. The renewal cycle is a loyalty touchpoint for Marketing, continuous monitoring for Risk, and ongoing evidence for Audit. Knowing which angle to lead with — based on who you're actually talking to — is what will make your pitch land as relevant rather than generic.

What You'll Do

- Build relationships with Procurement,

Vendor Management, Risk, and Internal Audit teams within your existing professional network and beyond
- Explain the A-I-R-S™ certification value proposition — what it is, why it matters for vendor credibility, and how the dual-level (company + director) certification works
- Walk prospects through the Lead Magnet Portal model — how Points work, how allocation happens, and what the redemption process looks like
- Present the Freedom Offer clearly and accurately — the discounted per-Point pricing, the 100-Point minimum transaction size, and the capped, time-limited nature of the offer
- Qualify and convert corporate leads into completed transactions, working toward and exceeding the 100-Point minimum per deal
- Coordinate handoffs with our internal Sales and Operations teams for deal documentation, payment processing, and certification issuance
- Track and report your pipeline — companies engaged, conversations in progress, and deals closed — using our CRM systems
- Represent American Ratings India professionally in every external interaction, as you are often the first point of contact a corporate has with our brand

A Day in This Role (What to Expect)

- Reaching out to contacts in your Procurement/Risk/Vendor Management/Audit network to introduce the A-I-R-S™ certification and the Freedom Offer
- Explaining the Lead Magnet Portal and points system on calls or in meetings, often to non-sales stakeholders who evaluate vendors for a living — so clarity and credibility matter more than a hard sell
- Following up with warm leads generated by our own marketing and lead-generation engine, in addition to your personal network
- Coordinating with our Sales team on deal structuring for larger multi-hundred-Point transactions
- Attending periodic check-ins with American Ratings India leadership to review pipeline, discuss objections you're hearing in the field, and refine messaging

Who We're Looking For

Background

- Current or prior experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, Third-Party Risk Management, or Internal/External Audit functions
- Familiarity with vendor empanelment processes, vendor risk assessment cycles, or corporate certification/compliance requirements is a strong advantage
- Any prior experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership roles is a plus but not mandatory — domain credibility matters more than a sales title

Network & Reach

- An existing network of corporate decision-makers — CXOs, Procurement Heads, Vendor Management Heads, Risk Heads, or equivalent — that you can credibly approach
- Comfort initiating skilled conversations about a paid certification product with people at that level

Mindset & Work Style

- Self-driven and comfortable working with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Motivated by a commission-based, performance-linked compensation structure rather than a fixed salary
- Strong communicator, able to explain a multi-layered product (portal + points + dual certification + limited-time pricing) in a simple, trustworthy way
- Able to adapt the A-I-R-S™ pitch to the audience — brand/trust value for Marketing contacts, empanelment value for Vendor Management, risk-scoring value for Risk teams, and auditability value for Audit teams

Location

- Based in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Delhi NCR, with the ability to meet corporate contacts in person where useful

Compensation Structure

- 500 fixed commission per Point sold — paid regardless of how the per-Point sale price is packaged, so your earnings scale directly and transparently with the volume you close
- No fixed salary — this is a commission-only, performance-driven partner role
- Example: closing a single minimum-size transaction (100 Points) earns 50,000 in commission
- Larger transactions scale linearly — there is no cap on the number of transactions or Points you can sell during the Freedom Offer window (subject to the 10,000-Point overall cap across all partners)
- Commission is paid on confirmed, processed transactions, coordinated through our internal Sales and Finance teams

What You Get

- High, transparent per-transaction commission — 500 per Point, with no hidden reduction as deal size grows
- A genuinely differentiated product to sell — a dual-level (company + director) certification with real relevance to Procurement/Risk/Vendor Management workflows
- Warm ecosystem support — access to lead flow generated by our own marketing efforts, plus direct coordination with our internal Sales team for deal closure
- Flexible, remote, self-driven engagement — no fixed hours, no office requirement
- Ground-floor positioning in a growing certification and credentialing vertical, with the opportunity to build a long-term partner relationship with American Ratings India beyond the Freedom Offer window

How to Apply Apply through this listing with your current role, relevant experience, and answers to the screening questions above. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly by our Sales team for a discussion of the role, the Freedom Offer structure, and next steps.
