Sales & Operations Manager (E-commerce)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead our e-commerce operations and sales support functions. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge of Shopify, logistics, inventory management, and team leadership, while also driving sales performance and customer support efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business.
- Handle Shopify store operations, order processing, and workflow management.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor RTO, NDR, and delivery performance and implement strategies to reduce losses.
- Oversee inventory management, stock planning, and replenishment.
- Work with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Sales & Customer Support Management
- Lead and manage the Sales and Customer Support teams.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Track individual team performance and productivity.
- Monitor conversion rates, abandoned cart recovery, and customer response times.
- Coach team members to improve sales conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and performance dashboards.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team efficiency.

E-commerce & Marketplace Management
- Manage operations across Shopify and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Work with platforms like Myntra and Unicommerce.
- Ensure accurate inventory synchronization across all sales channels.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to improve performance.
- Monitor order fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and marketplace KPIs.

Performance & Reporting
- Track daily sales, operational KPIs, and team productivity.




- Analyze business data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement SOPs and automation wherever possible.
- Collaborate with management on business growth initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Shopify.
- Good understanding of logistics and shipping operations.
- Inventory management experience.
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Experience managing Sales and Customer Support teams.
- Ability to monitor KPIs and improve team productivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Myntra Seller Portal.
- Experience using Unicommerce.
- Knowledge of warehouse and fulfillment operations.
- Understanding of e-commerce business metrics.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
- Performance Marketing knowledge.
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of ROAS, CAC, conversion rate optimization, and customer acquisition.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and e-commerce marketing funnels.

Ideal Candidate

- 3–6+ years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Data-driven decision maker.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on business growth.
- Experience in D2C fashion or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
