Sales Officer – Quick Commerce

Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

Role Overview

Universal Corporation Limited is looking for a Sales Officer with 3–4 years of sales experience to support and grow our Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) business. The role involves managing marketplace accounts, driving sales growth, coordinating with channel partners, tracking inventory and promotions, and working closely with internal teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow sales across Q-Commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with account managers and internal teams for pricing, promotions, and inventory planning.
- Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and key business metrics.
- Generate new business opportunities and support channel expansion.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational and customer-related issues.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of sales experience - FMCG, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce is an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- Positive knowledge of Excel and sales reporting.
