We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Sales Executive to promote and sell senior citizen living homes and related services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting property visits, and converting enquiries into bookings while maintaining a high level of professionalism and trust with senior citizens and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through calls, references, digital enquiries, and other sales channels.
- Understand the requirements and preferences of senior citizens and their families.
- Explain the project, facilities, services, pricing, and payment plans clearly.
- Conduct site visits and provide detailed project presentations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.




- Build long-term relationships with customers and their families.
- Stay updated on competitor projects, market trends, and customer preferences.

Candidate Requirements:

- 1–4 years of experience in real estate, senior living, hospitality, healthcare, insurance, or related sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
- Ability to handle senior citizens and family members professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the local market is an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
