Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets and expand distributor & retailer networks.
- Manage distributors, retailers, collections, and market activities.
- Drive primary & secondary sales across the assigned territory.
- Handle and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure product availability & visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA preferred.
- 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in Foods.
- Positive knowledge of Udaipur and nearby Rajasthan markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
