Role Description This full time, on-site Sales Officer role is based in Pune City.

The Sales

Officer will identify and acquire new customers for the bank’s products and services, manage lead generation activities, and follow up on prospects to convert them into long-term relationships. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential and existing customers, explaining product features and benefits, handling customer queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The role also requires coordinating with branch and channel partners, tracking sales operations metrics, and adhering to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.





The Sales

Officer is expected to maintain high standards of customer service and represent the bank’s values of fairness and transparency in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Channel Sales experience to collaborate with external partners and drive business through multiple distribution channels.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of retail banking products, basic financial concepts, and local market dynamics in Pune.
- Candidate should have Used cars Network.
- Candidates should demonstrate goal orientation, negotiation skills, ethical conduct, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field and prior sales or banking experience are preferred.
