Job Title: Sales Officer Building materials Location: Chennai Vacancy: 15 Area: Anywhere in Chennai Salary: Minimum 23 K PM to maximum 40 K PM + TA + DA + Incentive Job Summary: Responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets for Building materials/ steel / TMT bars in the assigned territory. The role involves managing distributors and dealers, expanding the customer base, developing relationships with builders, contractors, and retailers, and driving market growth.

Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly sales targets (primary & secondary). Manage distributors, dealers, and retailers. Appoint current channel partners and expand market coverage. Conduct regular market visits to generate business. Build relationships with builders, contractors, and influencers. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.



Ensure timely collections, stock availability, and order execution. Submit daily sales reports and maintain customer records.

Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline . Minimum 25 years of experience in TMT, Steel, Cement, or Building Materials sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and channel sales skills. Knowledge of the Chennai market is preferred.
