Vedricx Global is a growing startup launching a career-focused diploma program covering Grooming, Personality Development, Communication Skills, English Enhancement, Customer Service, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Travel & Tourism, Aviation, Interview Preparation and Placement Support.

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who can take ownership of building our sales and marketing function from the ground up.

### Key Responsibilities

Build and manage the complete sales funnel and conversion process.

Develop sales & marketing SOPs, strategies and processes.

Drive admissions and take ownership of revenue generation.

Handle sales calls, counselling, follow-ups and negotiations.

Build, train and lead the sales team as the business grows.

Identify manpower requirements such as interns, associates and executives.

Set targets, track KPIs and ensure team productivity.

Develop new lead-generation and marketing strategies.

Work directly with the leadership team and operate independently.

### ? Compensation

Our diploma program is priced at ₹50,000.

The Sales & Marketing Manager will receive:

6% Revenue Share per Successful Sale = ₹3,000 per admission The earning potential will increase with sales performance and business growth.
