Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Manager role based in Ahmedabad.

The Sales Marketing

Manager will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote Thermosag’s MVR and thermal solutions across target industrial sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and product presentations, and preparing proposals and quotations in collaboration with the technical team. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing activities, and maintaining relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.





The Sales Marketing

Manager will also track market trends, analyze competitor activity, and provide insight to leadership for product positioning and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
- Candidates should possess marketing and brand promotion skills, such as campaign planning, content development for industrial audiences, and coordination of events or trade shows.
- Candidates should possess market research and analytical skills, including the ability to study industry trends and customer requirements.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to decision-makers and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess relationship management and customer service skills to build long-term partnerships and provide ongoing account support.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, or process equipment sales (preferably in thermal systems, ZLD, or related technologies) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital marketing platforms, along with a readiness to travel for client visits and industry events.
