About the Role

Nedisha Group is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our woodworking and wood-finishing machinery across India. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, follow-ups, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new business leads across India.
- Identify potential customers in the woodworking, furniture, plywood, MDF, modular kitchen, and wood-finishing industries.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, and order coordination.
- Conduct Pan-India client meetings and product presentations as required.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and management teams for customer requirements and machine demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events for lead generation.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and lead follow-up records.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, or Machinery Sales preferred.
- Candidates with experience in woodworking machinery, furniture, plywood, MDF, or related industries will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across India for client meetings.
- Ability to independently generate and follow up on leads.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
