Sales Executive (Hostel Management Application) Position: Sales Executive Location: Kolkata / Patna / Ranchi / Bhubaneswar Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, generating new business opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships. Meeting assigned targets is mandatory and will form the basis for incentives and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:  Achieve and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets (mandatory).  Promote and sell the Hostel Management Application to hostels, PGs, and student housing operators.  Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.  Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.  Conduct sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations.  Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.  Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.



 Maintain accurate records of sales, customer data, prepare performance reports and update CRM regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).  Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales/business development.  Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work under pressure and achieve results within deadlines.  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
