Sales & Marketing Executive – Polymers & Industrial Raw Materials

About the Role

We are looking for a sales-focused person to develop business for Gallant Infinity’s range of polymers, engineering plastics, masterbatches, additives and other industrial raw materials .

The main job is simple: find customers and get orders.

This is a field-based role involving regular travel to factories and industrial areas across Karnataka and other markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit plastic manufacturers, moulders, processors and other industrial customers.
- Find new customers and develop relationships with purchase and production teams.
- Understand what materials customers use and what quantities they consume.
- Understand the applications and use cases of different polymer grades and products.
- Suggest suitable materials based on the customer's requirement.
- Generate enquiries, quotations and convert them into orders.




- Follow up with customers and ensure repeat orders.
- Identify new markets, customers and products that Gallant can sell.
- Maintain basic records of customer visits, enquiries and orders.

Who We Are Looking For
- Strong sales and communication skills .
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to approach current customers and build relationships.
- Basic understanding of plastics/polymers and their applications is preferred.
- Experience in polymer, plastics, chemicals or industrial raw material sales will be an advantage.
- Must be target-oriented and hungry to generate business .
- Should be comfortable working independently.

The Ideal Person Someone who can walk into a factory, understand:

“What do you manufacture? What raw material do you use? How much do you consume? Can Gallant supply it?”

—and then convert that conversation into an order.
