Job Summary

Generali Central Life Insurance is looking for agile and result-oriented Sales Managers to join its Sales & Distribution team. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing Life Insurance Advisors while driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors.
- Train and guide advisors on insurance products, sales processes, and business development.
- Support advisors in lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion.
- Drive monthly business targets and monitor team performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Guide customers with suitable Life Insurance solutions.
- Track sales performance and ensure timely reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and sales processes.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- Age: Up to 40 years.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the Insurance sector.
- Candidates from Banking, Insurance, Finance, Telecom,



or Retail Sales may also be considered.
- Valuable communication skills in the local language.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong sales, relationship-building, and team-handling abilities.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and target-based work.
- Both Male and Female candidates can apply.

Salary & Benefits
- CTC: Up to ₹5.25 LPA
- Final compensation will depend on last drawn salary, experience, and candidate profile.
