### ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Team Handling & Leadership

Manage, motivate, and monitor the sales team

Drive team performance and achieve monthly targets

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance

? Target Management

Set and track individual & team sales targets

Ensure consistent achievement of monthly revenue goals

Monitor daily sales activities, conversions, and performance

? Individual Contribution





First month will include an individual sales target

Lead by example and actively participate in sales closures

✔ 2–3+ years of experience in Sales / Team Handling

✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
