Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team.
- Generate leads through various channels.
- Handle site visits, negotiations, and property closures.
- Develop customer and channel-partner relationships.
- Monitor sales pipeline, follow-ups, and team performance.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and other departments.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Target-oriented and team-management abilities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
